A Rose and A Bee

“Has anyone ever loved you rose

More than me?”

Asked boldly a bee.

The rose shied away

And reluctantly

Answered the bee.

“Yes, Indeed there’s a lover

Very caring

And not overbearing.”

The bee buzzed furiously

And felt a shard

Go through his heart.

The pain was too much

And overwhelmed

The bee said

“Tell me O lovely rose

Who is he

Dearer than me?”

The rose began to chuckle

And said

“Don’t be afraid!

You know him well

It’s the wind.”

And the rose winked.

The bee zoomed happily

Then and there

Punched the air.

And thus ended sweetly

The lover’s tiff

And they kissed.
